• The Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
⠀Every time you want to request a commission, it is recommended to read this section again.

• You must be 18 years old or older to commission work from me.

• You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only,
⠀meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.

• My work is for personal or private use only,
⠀meaning i do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made.

• As the artist i still mantain all and absolute rights to my works;
⠀this includes publishing the work on my socials and adding it as a part of my portfolio, unless otherwise accorded with the client.

• Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.
⠀You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
⠀Credits to me ( ©amuchipuchi; the artist) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.

• No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token);
my art, wether commissioned, pre-existing or future, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else.. I strictly prohibit usage for AI learning.

• I may deny your commission if I feel that I'm unable to fulfill your expectations.

• Full payment will be sent beforehand,
⠀and via Paypal invoice.

• Prices are all in EURO €.

• Prices are just a starting points.
It will raise depending on the complexity of the commission.

• Payment must be sent after the references are presented or I will not proceed.

• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot.
⠀If your commission is accepted, I will send you the invoice.

• Refunds can be requested if the commission has not been started(sketch). No refunds otherwise.
⠀You can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire.

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback.
⠀I will transfer the money back to you myself.

• 1.5x price: Promotional Material/Streaming Assets.
(Twitch, YouTube, Website, VTuber branding).

⚠️ If the character that is drawn is Vtuber or in the future will be Vtuber, the extra commercial rights will ALWAYS be charged.Why? - The image of a Vtuber is considered a brand. The vtubers earn money with their image, therefore the use of the drawing is no longer personal. It is also very probable that the drawing is used in a stream or as a decoration for schedules, so it is used commercially or promotionally.
I can't keep a record to verify that all my drawings are being used correctly, so I prefer to charge extra so that clients can use my drawing however they want.

• 3x price: Game art/Merch.
(Illustrations or character design for games | Printed Goods: Posters, cards, key chains, pins, badges etc).

• Waitlist are always OPEN for returning customers!
⠀Frequent customers are marked with "♚" on the waiting list.

• Commissions are usually made in order of arrival,
⠀but orders with a deadline will always have priority.

• If you want the commission to have priority and add a deadline, you must pay an extra.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund or you break any of the terms above mentioned, you will automatically lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece.

• I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit.

• I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.

• Consequently you will be blocked and you will not be able to commission or buy any products as adoptables created by me.

By ordering a commission from me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
